Taso Gourtziovalitis, the founder and admin of Kits and Culture is a proud soccer fan having played and followed the sport from a young age. Taso created this blog to connect to the soccer jersey community and to highlight important jersey releases and designs that have an impact on the soccer jersey fashion industry, soccer culture and history.

As a student of Design at Langara College, Taso uses his knowledge in design to thoughtfully select and analyze the soccer kits he posts to the blog. He also has a deep collection of jerseys himself in which he has been collecting for a decade.

With this blog, Taso aims to promote the best kit designs through the lens of a designer and to inform the soccer community of the cultural significance of jersey design.
